Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in/out efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies effectively Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using computer systems and office software Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
