Stevens is seeking the right candidate to fill the part-time (20-24 hours/week) role of custodian.
The Custodian is a member of the Maintenance Department and is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility.
The Custodian is responsible for ensuring that the agency's offices, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas are kept clean and organized.
The ideal candidate for this position is a team-player who is able to interface and collaborate effectively with their team and staff of all other departments.
The candidate should also adapt well to change and pride themselves on their attention to detail and their ability to be neat, organized and thorough.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience in custodial work Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative manner with a diverse group of individuals and groups within an organization Demonstrated ability to relate to adults and trauma-impacted adolescents Minimum of one satisfactory professional reference and three satisfactory references overall Behavior that demonstrates good judgment, responsibility, flexibility, dependability, honesty, initiative and integrity Schedule:
Monday and Tuesday 3pm - 7pm Wednesday 2pm - 7pm Thursday and Friday 3pm - 7pm Payrate:
$1,000 sign-on bonus $18 / hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
