- Greet customers and assist them in finding products - Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper product placement - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, displays, and checkout areas - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup - Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of grocery products and familiarity with stock rotation procedures is an asset - Experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technical sales is desirable We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
