Retail Brand Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate key brand projects and development
Assure brand and associated products and packaging stay on track to their goals and mission.
Create or participate in sales presentations to large retailers who purchase branded products.
On occasion, participate in sales calls at customer locations.
Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential online and offline consumer marketing activities and strategies.
Enact research to discover what products consumers want, and how to best market those products to consumers effectively.
Gain understanding and monitor competitive landscape to ensure company (And it's mfg. brands) remains well-positioned in the market place
Create concise and detailed reporting based on initial goals
Partner with sales to help drive planning and execution against product innovation.
Develop and Manage consumer internet presence, including company website
Evaluate and measure consumer complaints and feedback in conjunction with QA and Customer Service -Recommend product improvements based on consumer feedback
Follow-up with critical consumer calls
Develop and execute consumer taste panels as needed, as it relates to retail branded products.
Aid and signoff on retail packaging, Recommend packaging improvements based on consumer feedback
Evaluate consumer advertising both print and online
Create Consumer press-releases
Evaluate and participate in consumer oriented retail promotional activity
Perform other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FOOD SAFETY
Must adhere to posted GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) when working within the production facility. Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals, where applicable.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
This position requires a valid driver's license, and annual screening of Motor Vehicle Record and personal automobile insurance coverage

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 5 years as a marketing manager with a CPG company would be a strong advantage.
An unrivaled knowledge of consumer marketing in the packaged goods sector
Passionate and driven marketing manager with up to date knowledge of marketing metrics, (Including:
quantitative/qualitative research, ad tracking, position research, consumer satisfaction research, segmentation, focus groups, intercepts)
Understanding of marketplace data and knowledge of resources to obtain information.
Knowledge of the latest in marketing campaign tactics, including e-mail, direct mail, social media, demos, in-store materials,
for both consumer and associate programs
Knowledge of social media including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram
Communication and data presentation skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
