Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator

The individual must have strong computer skills, confidentiality, at least one year of payroll experience, and must have knowledge of Human Resource tasks for the facility.
Candidates that do not have at least one year of payroll processing experience and human resources experience will not be considered.
Pay is based on experience between $20-$25/hr
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit weekly payroll using ADP and Smartlinx.
Set up, process and maintain changes to employee files such as direct deposit, address changes, and deductions.
Managing time clocks, tracking payroll hours Administer yearly OSHA 300 log processing Prepare and submit required payroll reports Assist with clerical and administrative aspects of benefits, employee contributions, employee enrollments and terminations Maintain online job postings, screen potential applicants and schedule interview for prospective candidates Provide coordination and assistance to employees during Annual Enrollment for company benefits Assist management with special projects as needed Process new hires on-boarding and terminations Maintain employee files Tracking FMLA Workers Compensation tracking and trending present report at monthly safety meeting Maintain Records of absenteeism tracking Requirements:
At least 1 year of previous payroll experience ADP experience is preferred Experience in a long term care setting preferred Previous experience in human resources Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (oral and written) We offer competitive wages, 401-K, Health benefits, and paid sick, vacation and holidays.
