This is a consistent per diem opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant to perform treatments in residential settings in Swansea and the surrounding area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the lives of patients by providing Physical therapy services in the comfort and convenience of their own homes.
You will also be a part of a team of professionals working together to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Clinicians are responsible for:
Providing physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homesMonitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryEducating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activitiesMaintaining patient records and document treatmentsBase rate:
